Host an Event
Kids Against Hunger partners with schools, churches, youth groups, and other community and civic organizations to package and distribute meals locally and abroad. When you sponsor an event you are able to have the 'hands-on' experience of packaging our highly nutritious meals. The experience is both rewarding and fun.
The cost of sponsoring an event depends on how many meals you want to package. Each meal costs between .23 and .25 cents, which includes supplies and distribution. As an example, one pallet of food equals 7,128 meals, so the cost would be approximately $1639.00. Generally, 20 volunteers can package that many meals in approximately 2 hours!
